I took my Tesla and Renato did an excellent job with my car. My car is so beautiful now and the service was great

I am incredibly thankful to Renato Silva and his team. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the quality of his work, his professionalism, and most importantly, the way he treats people. My mother’s car was already being repaired by Renato, and on the very same day I was going to pick up her car, my own car was hit. What happened next was such an incredible coincidence. The person who hit my car works in the luxury European car industry and is very familiar with high-end vehicles. He immediately told me, “Please take your car to Renato. He is the best, and he is my friend.” I couldn’t believe it because my mother’s car was already at Renato’s shop! That moment really showed me the kind of reputation Renato has. He is well known and trusted by people who work with and own luxury European cars, and after my own experience with him, I completely understand why. From beginning to end, Renato made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. He communicated clearly, kept his word, respected my time, and delivered exactly what he promised. The quality of his work was outstanding, and my car came back looking beautiful. His attention to detail is exceptional. But as excellent as his work is, what impressed me the most was Renato himself. He is honest, kind, generous, and genuinely cares about his customers. He doesn’t treat you like just another number or another business transaction. He treats you like a person and makes you feel that he truly cares about helping you. Unfortunately, that level of kindness and customer service can be difficult to find today. Many places can provide a service, but finding someone who combines exceptional work with honesty, generosity, kindness, reliability, and genuine care for people is rare. After trusting Renato with both my mother’s car and my own, I can recommend him without hesitation. His reputation is well deserved. Renato is not only exceptional at what he does—he is also an exceptional person, and that makes all the difference.

Here’s a before and after when Renato and his team at superior craftsmen did their thing in fixing my car. After hitting a deer my car got torn up on the driver side & I had a bunch of electrical things they had to fix as well. Everything came out perfect they made sure that my car was good to go so that the weekend after they completed the car I could go on a trip with my daughters.

I can’t say enough about the owner and Patricia and the way they treated me. I had an accident and they fixed my car. They made sure I was happy and paid close attention to my concerns. Wonderful people. Thank you so much
